Delicious Elderflower

Lately, come cocktail hour, we've been obsessively ordering drinks made with St. Germain. This elderflower liqueur comes in a gorgeous bottle and its delicate floral flavor is fantastic. Try it in a glass of champagne or in the cocktails here.

The St. Germain Cocktail
Ingredients
  2 shot(s) Sauvignon Blanc wine
  2 shot(s) St. Germain liqueur
  Club soda or champagne
Pour wine and then St. Germain into ice-filled collins glass. Top off with soda water (or champagne). Garnish with half an orange slice.

Saint Germain Sidecar
Ingredients
  1½ shot(s) Rémy Martin cognac
  1½ shot(s) St. Germain liqueur
1 shot(s) Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.

Enjoy!
